Cooking Classes

The owner and chef of Chandani restaurant, Jagdish Vanzara, is now offering cooking classes in Indian cuisine.

We can accomodate groups of up to 30 at our venue.

In the cooking classes, which will run over 4 classes of about 4 hours each, you will learn to:

  • understand the use of spices,
  • learn to make Indian food; a real curry, lentils, Indian breads and even to spice up your braai (literally),
  • The classes must have 8 people.
  • All food that you make, you enjoy with the rest of your class mates at the end of the preparation.

Cost per person : R1 600 – 4 classes of about four hours each.

Catering

We also offer catering in a cosy, homely atmosphere, which can accommodate up to 30 guests – or in another venue of your choice.

The food can be presented in any form; Indian thali (Indian tapas), buffet or table service. Suitable for any special occasion; birthdays, weddings, graduation, end-of-year etc.
Of course vegans and vegetarians very welcome.

Lunches can be delivered to any venue in the Atlantic sea board in the form of lunch box
(minimum of 10 orders)

House catering – we can prepare an Indian meal in your kitchen for your guests in your own home
