Ayaan Agnihotri, the nephew of Bollywood megastar Salman Khan, recently opened up about his experience working with his uncle in the music video Party Fever. Ayaan, who made his debut in the music world under the stage name Agni, expressed his gratitude for collaborating with Salman but also highlighted that it wasn’t an easy ride. The young rapper shared that Salman is very clear about keeping personal and professional spaces separate, and never gives in easily, even to family.
During an interview, Ayaan revealed that when he or his cousins approach Salman with a project, the superstar insists on reviewing the work beforehand. “Only if he likes it, does he agree to be a part of it. It’s never like, ‘Oh, let’s do it,'” Ayaan explained. He further added that Salman’s approach is always highly professional, emphasising the importance of taking work seriously. Salman, who has famously earned his success through hard work, expects the same level of dedication from those around him.
Despite the rigorous process, Salman approved Party Fever after reviewing the final cut and even agreed to a cameo appearance, complete with his iconic bracelet. The video, which was released on YouTube in August, marks Ayaan’s debut in the music industry.
