It’s been two years since Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s high-profile nine-month whirlwind romance came to an end, and the reality star and mother of four has been largely keeping things casual with potential dating partners since.
However, that doesn’t mean she’s closed herself off to love — she’s just working on making time for all things she finds important in her life.
A source tells ET, “Kim is mostly focused on work, her kids, and her family, but dating is certainly not out of the question.”
“She’d love to date someone that’s close to their family, trustworthy, loyal, successful, and most importantly, family and kid driven,” the source shares. “That’s always Kim’s top priority, so she would only be with someone romantically if they fit that general mold.”
The source adds, “Her friends, of course, want her to find love, but respect that it will happen at her own pace and when she feels the timing is right.”
The 43-year-old reality star and actress dated the 30-year-old comedian for nine months from October 2021 to August 2022. The exes parted ways on seemingly amicable terms.
Subsequently, romance rumors swirled linking Kardashian with both Tom Brady — following his divorce from Gisele Bündchen — and Odell Beckham Jr. However, neither romance was ever confirmed.
Kardashian finalized her divorce from Kanye West in November 2022 after a lengthy two-year process. One month later, Kardashian admitted that she hopes she could one day marry again. She was famously married to Kris Humphries for 72 hours in 2011 and, before that, eloped with music producer Damon Thomas in 2000 when she was 19 years old.
Kardashian shares four children — 11-year-old daughter North, 8-year-old son Saint, 6-year-old daughter Chicago and 5-year-old son Psalm — with West.
